Anti-Doping

Disqualification

Based on the decision of the National Centre of Sports Arbitration (NCSA), Dmitry Prokofyev (running) has been found in violation of anti-doping rules.

Previously, on January 29, 2025, the Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) issued Decision No. 34/2025, finding Dmitry Prokofyev (Moscow) in violation of Clause 12.14.1 («Prohibition on participation during a period of ineligibility or temporary suspension») of the Russian Anti-Doping Rules.

On October 7, 2025, the NCSA upheld the RUSADA DAC decision on appeal (Case No. 4/2025), confirming the violation and applying a one-year period of ineligibility from June 24, 2024, to June 23, 2025.

Darya Denisova (sprint) has been found in violation of anti-doping rules.

Based on the decision of the RUSADA Commission for the Preliminary Review of Anti-Doping Rule Violations dated October 27, 2025 (No. 93/2025), RA imposes a three-year period of ineligibility on Darya Denisova (Khabarovsk region) for violating Clause 4.1 («Presence of a prohibited substance or its metabolites or markers in an athlete’s sample») and Clause 4.2 («Use or attempted use by an athlete of a prohibited substance or method») of the Russian Anti-Doping Rules.

The athlete’s period of ineligibility is set from October 27, 2025, to August 11, 2027, taking into account the period of provisional suspension served from August 12, 2024, to October 27, 2025.

All competitive results achieved by Darya Denisova since the date of the positive sample collection, July 8, 2024, are disqualified.
